Elap TabletPC Live Signature Capture

Step 1: Complete Elap application

Log into Agent Info Center or directly into Elap
and create an Elap application just as you have done before.

Step 2: Review and Approve the Account Setup Information

As normal, confirm that the settings are correct on the Account Setup form.

Once confirmed and ready to submit to North American Bancard for processing, there will be an option to additionally capture signatures.

Step 3: Preview Application

A new signature capture window will appear. You may view the completed application and start acquiring signatures.

Step 4: Capture Required Signatures and Submit

Use the signature area to capture signatures live on the web page. Signature Capture  (click for larger screenshot)

Step 5: Elap knows what signatures are required

If there are more documents requiring signatures, Elap will display the document and prompt for more signatures. Signature Capture  (click for larger screenshot)

Signed documents are produced as soon as you click 'Accept and Submit'. Please Wait

Step 6: Elap assigns a Merchant ID

Once all documents are signed, Elap will issue a merchant ID just like normal. Submitted Merchant

Step 7: Documents are in the Document Center

Signed documents are available to be printed or faxed. Document Center (Document Center)
